About ReClaiming the Sacred Feminine:

Experience a year of 13 moons: 75 minute closed, live virtual circles, 1-2 a month, reclaiming the Sacred Feminine within.
Learn about and create safe space to experience and explore a few basic archetypal expressions of the female Self: the Great Mother, Sacred Child or Puella, and Death Mother or Sennex, through deep, guided visualization.

Depth, Archetypal concepts that may be helpful to familiarize yourself:

Anima Mundi: latin for World Soul, a timeless philosophical principle…“regarded by some as animating the universe much as the human soul animates man’s body…” (from Encyclopedia.com)

First circle is a free offering on Thursday Sept 23, 7pm EDT. Getting Grounded: Sacred Habitats, Meeting the Ancestral.  

Preparation for circles, at home practice: 

Find a place or time that is an edge space. A corner in the city by opposing crosstown traffic. A creekside. Twilight. Dawn. A wetland. The quiet stacks of Poetry in the corner of the library. A particular doorway. Where sea meets sand. A forest edge. Visit this place a few times and simply pay attention to what you see. What draws your attention? What senses are engaged? What do you notice? What surprises you?  What stays with you?

If you are able, in the days before and after circles, make time to visit an edge space and pay attention. 
If you are able, record or express the experience using mark makers and other instruments of expression.

Preparation for circles, what to bring: 

Bring to circle your mark makers and other instruments of expression of choice: crayons, paints, pens, pencils, drums, rattles, guitars, synths, paper, scissors, stickers, ribbons, found objects in nature, glue etc  

Minimum suggestion: please plan to bring two pens or pencils and a blank piece of paper to each circle.  Bring eye cover or mask, hydration, snacks or whatever you need to feel supported, wear comfy clothes.
